Question: Is it safe for me to use my credit card over the Internet? Is your site secure?

Answer: Yes. This is a secure site, and your confidential information will be encrypted and stored only to be used by you and us.
Question: How do I order?
Answer: You may order online with a credit card by clicking on the "Product" category of your choice. Select the item along with any variation options that you wish to purchase, enter the quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button.
Question: Do I have to pay sales taxes?
Answer: Customers with delivery addresses in the state of Florida are required to pay 6.5% sales tax. This does not mean that other customers are not responsible for paying their state's sales tax where applicable. Many states request that you report these purchases on your state income tax form.
Question: How do I make returns?
Answer: You must receive a Return Authorizaton Number (RMA) from us before returning any item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Click here to see our Shipping/Return Policies.
Queston: Will you have new products in the future?
Answer: We are constantly researching the availability of new and improved products. As soon as new stocks are available, we upgrade our website to reflect the changes. If you wish we can alert you by email when new products are available. Just send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
